Each April, just after our fiscal year ends, we take some time to reflect. What were our successes? Where do we want to focus more effort? What can we learn? Anecdotally, we have a good sense of our patients’ response to our work. Their stories are important and we love sharing them. But the bigger answers to these hefty questions are guided by the data that we collect over the course of the year. To summarize and share our findings easily, we put them together into a Fact Sheet.
